Basketball is one of Good Shepherd’s signature sports, with a proud tradition of participation, teamwork and competitive spirit across the College.
Students have the opportunity to represent Good Shepherd in a wide range of basketball competitions. With teams catering to different ages, abilities and levels of experience, there is a place for everyone — from students discovering the game for the first time to those competing at a high level.
Our basketball coaches provide students with the opportunity to develop their skills, build confidence and fitness, and learn the importance of teamwork, commitment, resilience and sportsmanship. Beyond the court, basketball fosters friendships, school pride and a strong sense of belonging.
