GSLC is looking for a dedicated individual to support our business applications. To be successful in this customer service role strong communication skills are essential along with a sound understanding of enterprise Microsoft products. An eye for detail is a must in this role, your ability to look at your work critically and make changes is paramount. Your strong technical understanding will assist you to turn end user business needs into solutions.
The College is looking to get someone in
You will need a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position. To apply you must be an Australian resident.
You must address the key criteria in the required experience section to be considered for the position.
Provide staff and other users support in the day-to-day use of the College’s information systems; Maintain and extend existing information systems, i.e. SchoolBox, TASS, SharePoint, etc.; Analyse end user needs and recommend changes to systems to support requirements.
